Robert Kwate Graduated from Gonzaga School of Law in 1995 and is the managing member of Kwate Law Offices, PLLC.

Rob practices in Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, DUI Defense, Probate, and Probate Litigation. With extensive experience in Personal Injury and Criminal Defense he is committed to client advocacy. Rob provides skilled legal representation to individuals and families in Nez Perce County, as well as the surrounding counties. 

Payton Lawrence Graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2022 and has been with Kwate Law offices since that time.

He has experience in a diverse range of practice areas including Estate Planning, Probate and Probate Litigation, Criminal Defense, DUI defense, Guardianships and Conservatorships, personal injury, and family law.

Payton is also a member of the Idaho State Bar Practice Sections including the

Taxation, Probate & Trust Law Section,

Real Property Practice Section, and 

Business & Corporate Law Section. 

Payton is also the Secretary of Idaho's Second District Bar Association.
